YOUR TYPICAL TEEN GIRL...  SADIE PORTER

Sadie Porter, 17, was born and raised in the small town of Selah. Currently, as a senior, she serves as ASB Vice President, and Drill Team Captain at Selah High School. In addition to this she is also a part of senior council, and plays a large role when making school decisions.  When not participating in school activities after school, Sadie works 5 days a week at Footlites Dance Studio. Here, she teaches all levels, ages, and types of dance, as well as doing some administrative office work. She loves being a role model to all of her students, and each one is unconditionally loved.  In her free time, Sadie enjoys dancing, being with friends and family, going to church, participating in youth activities, Young Life, traveling, and cheering on her very own Selah Vikings!! She also enjoys helping people whenever she can and being a leader among her peers.  Other major titles Sadie has held include: Miss Teen Washington 2004 (America), Teen Northwest 2004 (America), Supermodel with Style 2006 (ACP), Miss Selah 2006 (ACP), and Miss American Jr. Teen 2007 (ACP). And now she can gratefully add the prestigious title of Miss Washington Teen USA 2009, and hopefully Miss Teen USA!  Sadie plans on attending a school to double major in psychology and Spanish and hopes to own her own business one day.
