If you have any ideas, feedback, concerns, submitted projects, headshots, photos, videos, reels, tapes, letters, packages, epk’s, press kits, cds, dvds, electronic files, etc. (hereinafter referred to as submission or submissions) that are sent to MRKd via physical shipping (ground, air, sea/water), shipping by hand and electronically by email, websites, etc., then each and every item will be the property of MRKd.tv. No monetary value will be assessed to any submission and the submitter understands and agrees that he/she/they will not be given any funds for each and every submission, unless there is a prior written agreement made by a MRKd.tv authorized officer. By making any submissions, you agree to these terms. However, the goal of MRK.tv is to help those that have great creative solutions for MRKd.tv and to possibly have them be a part or more of the process which will be determined by the MRKd.tv officers and possibly the viewers.
